The CONNECTED Virtual Development Path for employees

Remote Work Fundamentals

Montreal, Thursday, October 28, 2021 — Humance is proud to launch its brand-new CONNECTED virtual development path for employees, designed to help teams succeed in a remote or hybrid work environment. This development path boosts engagement and productivity among individuals, in addition to connecting them with their leaders and teams.

Working effectively in hybrid or remote mode: A real challenge

CONNECTED: Remote Work Fundamentals is an opportunity for all members of an organization to learn how to collaborate better remotely. This path complements the Remote Leadership Fundamentals leader path that has seen significant success since April 2021.

This five-week (four-hour) development path teaches better communication, clearer alignment with the team, and effective stress management. When managers help employees develop their skills, their teams are better equipped and more productive.

Whether your organization has a small team or several large groups, CONNECTED can help your people learn together. This virtual development path can also be paired with concurrent activities such as a large kick-off event, interactive workshops, and coaching for a more profound and powerful impact.

Practical tools on a simple and intuitive platform

Designed in partnership with the leaders at Work EvOHlutionTM who have been specializing in remote leadership based on nearly 20 years of organizational psychology research, the CONNECTED development path is available now in English and French. Using blended learning, this development path features a variety of complementary activities such as videos, hands-on challenges, audio clips, peer learning, and self-assessments.

Humance helps organizations drive performance through meaningful culture. The CONNECTED development path is part of this vision.
