Position summary
Reporting jointly to the partner in charge of Humance’s business outside of Quebec and the partner in charge of the firm’s Leadership & Team Development division, the incumbent will work on a variety of projects involving organizations of all sizes across all sectors. They will help develop content for training, leadership development paths and custom workshops and facilitate training and co-development sessions.
Main responsibilities
- Help create training content on various leadership and team development topics. Work with other members of the design and facilitation team.
- Develop and design leadership development paths for clients.
- Facilitate workshops for a broad clientele, from first-level management to executive teams.
- Help research and analyze new trends and tools in adult education, creativity techniques, and the innovation process.
- Meet with potential clients, help draft business proposals, and follow up on projects.
- Draft final project reports as needed.
Requirements
- Hold a university degree in organizational development, organizational psychology, education sciences, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
- Management experience is an asset
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to facilitate group training sessions and presentations
- Ability to design leadership development paths and workshops
- Deep understanding of leadership
- Ability to develop and maintain client relationships
- Energetic, creative, and innovative
- Curious with a strong desire to learn
- Strong ability to summarize information
- Strong ability to work collaboratively
- Agility in situations of change and ability to handle ambiguity
- Ability to work within tight deadlines
- Comfortable working in technological environments and learning new tools and platforms (Zoom, Miro, Asana, etc.)
- Willing and able to travel for mandates outside of the GTA
