Humance attended the Salon Solution RH as part of the CHRA’s annual conference and Forum PME RH at the Palais des de Montréal on September 27 and 28, 2022.
Partner Julie Carignan and EDI Leader Émilie Ruffin attended the conference to give a presentation titled “ et pour culture inclusive. ” (EDI and the Employee experience: a winning combination for an inclusive culture).
How can we ensure that equity, diversity, and inclusion (EDI) initiatives have a concrete and lasting impact on employee experience? And, in turn, how can we commit to improving employee experience from an EDI standpoint to ensure that the programs we implement have a positive impact for employees as a whole?
