Certification workshop for greater autonomy

Since the 360 Assessment is also available in autonomous mode (to purchase 360 Assessments only and manage the feedback yourself), Humance now offers a comprehensive certification workshop to help teams master the high-impact feedback process.

The workshop covers strategies and tools to optimize the feedback process to ensure that discussions are meaningful and cohesive, reduce biases, create a safe environment, and align actions with the development objectives of teams and organizations. The workshop includes:
