The main mission of our community of expertise leaders is to continually consolidate our expertise, support the development of our professionals, remain at the forefront in our field, and ensure the alignment of our operational and technological processes. This will enhance customer experience and advance our strategic offerings to help organizations become more successful, human, and sustainable.
Marie-Pier Bélanger was an obvious choice for this role. In the nearly 15 years she has been with Humance, she has been passionate about harnessing people’s full potential and promoting lasting transformation and sound performance. She has been instrumental in the rise of our coaching activities over the years, substantially increasing the number of coaches at Humance across Canada, helping our Intentional Leadership group
coaching program reach unprecedented heights, and overseeing the implementation of our coaching management platform.
Marie-Pier will ensure the advancement of our coaching service on a national scale, taking a tailored approach to meet the growing needs of our clients, partners, and teams.
