Tout comme les services bancaires se sont transform\u00e9s en une combinaison de canaux num\u00e9riques et physiques, le lieu de travail actuel est devenu un \u00e9cosyst\u00e8me de modalit\u00e9s diverses \u2013\u202fune \u00e9volution qui marquera durablement le monde du travail.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">M\u00eame si certaines organisations reviennent \u00e0 une pr\u00e9sence accrue au bureau, la flexibilit\u00e9 introduite au cours des derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es a profond\u00e9ment remodel\u00e9 notre rapport au travail. Elles sont coconstruites et d\u00e9finissent la mani\u00e8re dont une \u00e9quipe collabore, communique et coordonne ses activit\u00e9s.
