Humance est fi\u00e8re d\u2019avoir contribu\u00e9 \u00e0 cette initiative, \u00e0 travers l\u2019expertise combin\u00e9e de sa division Oranje, sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9e en conception et production vid\u00e9o ainsi que de son \u00e9quipe des solutions d\u2019apprentissage num\u00e9rique.<\/p><p>Oranje a donn\u00e9 vie \u00e0 l\u2019ensemble du concept! De l\u2019id\u00e9ation visuelle \u00e0 la sc\u00e9narisation, en passant par le tournage et la postproduction, elle a su transformer une approche p\u00e9dagogique innovante en une s\u00e9rie de capsules dynamiques, accessibles et fid\u00e8les aux usages num\u00e9riques actuels.<\/p><p>De son c\u00f4t\u00e9, l\u2019\u00e9quipe des <a href=\"https:\/\/humance.ca\/fr\/conception-de-formations-en-ligne-sur-mesure\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">solutions d\u2019apprentissage num\u00e9rique<\/a> a guid\u00e9 l\u2019approche p\u00e9dagogique de Perficio, en gardant les besoins des apprenant\u00b7es au centre de chaque d\u00e9cision. Elle a pos\u00e9 les premi\u00e8res hypoth\u00e8ses, qu\u2019elle a ensuite v\u00e9rifi\u00e9es aupr\u00e8s d\u2019un groupe de discussion r\u00e9unissant une trentaine de membres issus du public cibl\u00e9 par le projet. Avec ces confirmations en t\u00eate, l\u2019\u00e9quipe a rencontr\u00e9 les sp\u00e9cialistes qui ont g\u00e9n\u00e9reusement particip\u00e9 au projet pour creuser davantage trois des comp\u00e9tences cl\u00e9s tir\u00e9es du r\u00e9f\u00e9rentiel des comp\u00e9tences du futur, d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 par la CPMT.<\/p><p>Une psychologue organisationnelle a ensuite \u00e9t\u00e9 sollicit\u00e9e pour relire et enrichir les contenus p\u00e9dagogiques. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 son regard critique, elle a contribu\u00e9 \u00e0 en assurer la coh\u00e9rence avec les principes de la psychologie organisationnelle.<\/p><p>Le r\u00e9sultat? Une exp\u00e9rience de formation unique, fruit d\u2019un travail d\u2019\u00e9quipe soutenu, nourri par plus d\u2019un an d\u2019exploration, de cr\u00e9ation et de collaboration.
