Certaines grandes entreprises am\u00e9ricaines, influenc\u00e9es par des courants politiques, ont recul\u00e9 sur leurs engagements en mati\u00e8re d\u2019inclusion. On la dit clivante, r\u00e9cup\u00e9r\u00e9e, vid\u00e9e de son sens, voire en voie de disparition.<\/p><p><span data-contrast=\"none\">Mais ce que nous vivons, ce n\u2019est pas la fin de l\u2019inclusion. C\u2019est la fin de sa <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"none\">version esth\u00e9tique. L\u2019inclusion ne meurt pas \u2013\u202felle mue<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"none\">. Elle quitte les slogans pour s\u2019ancrer dans les syst\u00e8mes. Elle cesse d\u2019\u00eatre un projet p\u00e9riph\u00e9rique pour devenir une capacit\u00e9 organisationnelle\u202f: strat\u00e9gique, concr\u00e8te, activable.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-ffde06f elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"ffde06f\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">L\u2019inclusion comme capacit\u00e9 organisationnelle <\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-94684a0 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"94684a0\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Dans un contexte de transformation rapide, de raret\u00e9 des talents et de complexit\u00e9 croissante, l\u2019inclusion n\u2019est pas un luxe moral. C\u2019est une exigence d\u2019adaptation, un levier d\u2019agilit\u00e9 d\u00e9cisionnelle et une structure d\u2019intelligence collective.\u00a0<\/p><p>Et si l\u2019on y regarde de plus pr\u00e8s, la vaste majorit\u00e9 des entreprises qui font partie du classement Fortune\u202f500 continuent d\u2019en parler. Pas par conformisme, mais par n\u00e9cessit\u00e9.\u00a0<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-625a9b3 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"625a9b3\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Et ici, au Canada? <\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-0f47f3b elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"0f47f3b\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Notre contexte historique est diff\u00e9rent. Notre charte, notre filet social et notre culture du dialogue sont imparfaits, mais ils s\u2019av\u00e8rent structurants. Ils fa\u00e7onnent nos attentes collectives et ce que nous tol\u00e9rons \u2013\u202fou non\u202f\u2013 des organisations.<\/p><p>Faire marche arri\u00e8re sur l\u2019inclusion parce qu\u2019un recul s\u2019observe ailleurs serait une erreur strat\u00e9gique. Cela reviendrait \u00e0 d\u00e9saligner sa culture avec les attentes bien r\u00e9elles des \u00e9quipes, de la client\u00e8le, des partenaires et de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 qu\u00e9b\u00e9coise et canadienne dans son ensemble.<\/p><p>C\u2019est d\u2019autant plus vrai pour les si\u00e8ges sociaux canadiens, qui portent une responsabilit\u00e9 culturelle \u00e9largie. Ce sont eux qui fixent le ton, qui choisissent ce qu\u2019ils veulent incarner, promouvoir ou ignorer, localement <strong>et<\/strong> globalement. C\u2019est en fait par l\u2019inclusion que la performance devient <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"none\">durable<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"none\">.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span data-contrast=\"none\">Les donn\u00e9es du Forum \u00e9conomique mondial et de l\u2019Institut de technologie du Massachusetts (MIT) sont claires\u202f: <\/span>\u00a0<span data-contrast=\"none\">les organisations qui int\u00e8grent l\u2019inclusion dans leurs d\u00e9cisions, leurs syst\u00e8mes de reconnaissance et leurs boucles de r\u00e9troaction innovent plus vite, r\u00e9sistent mieux \u00e0 l\u2019incertitude et mobilisent plus longtemps.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span data-contrast=\"none\">Une culture organisationnelle inclusive, ce n\u2019est pas du confort\u202f: c\u2019est un syst\u00e8me de protection contre les angles morts, une <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"none\">infrastructure de coh\u00e9rence<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"none\">.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-1552732 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"1552732\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Ce que cela exige <\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-db315cb elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"db315cb\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Il faut sortir de la vision \u00ab\u202fmolle\u202f\u00bb de l\u2019inclusion.
