Elle respire, s\u2019adapte. Elle se tend, se transforme.<\/p><p>Elle s\u2019impr\u00e8gne de ce que ses membres tol\u00e8rent ou \u00e9vitent. Elle se renforce dans la r\u00e9p\u00e9tition, mais se fissure \u00e0 force d\u2019incoh\u00e9rences.<\/p><p>En p\u00e9riode de turbulence, elle capte tout\u202f: les silences des leaders, les signaux faibles, les tensions non dites. Elle s\u2019ajuste aux d\u00e9cisions, mais aussi aux non-d\u00e9cisions.<\/p><p>Plus l\u2019instabilit\u00e9 s\u2019installe, plus la culture organisationnelle devient perm\u00e9able \u00e0 nos r\u00e9flexes, \u00e0 nos contradictions et \u00e0 nos choix (ou \u00e0 l\u2019absence de nos choix conscients et inconscients).<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-625a9b3 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"625a9b3\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\"> M\u00eame si elle freine parfois le changement, la culture organisationnelle peut aussi l\u2019acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer <\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-0f47f3b elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"0f47f3b\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><span data-contrast=\"none\">On croit souvent que la culture est un frein ou un h\u00e9ritage lourd \u00e0 porter. C\u2019est le flou. L\u2019incoh\u00e9rence. Les messages contradictoires.<\/p><p>Une culture peut \u00e9voluer rapidement, mais pas si les comportements contredisent les discours, pas si les d\u00e9cisions renient les intentions. Le vrai d\u00e9clencheur de transformation organisationnelle, ce n\u2019est pas une charte culturelle. C\u2019est l\u2019alignement. Quand tout pointe dans la m\u00eame direction, le syst\u00e8me se r\u00e9organise, et il le fait vite.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-50bf8e3 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"50bf8e3\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">La culture et la transformation ne se succ\u00e8dent pas\u202f: elles sont indissociables <\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-3a95b56 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"3a95b56\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Trop souvent, on pense \u00e0 la culture <em>apr\u00e8s<\/em>. Apr\u00e8s le plan strat\u00e9gique. Apr\u00e8s la transformation num\u00e9rique. Apr\u00e8s le virage RH ou op\u00e9rationnel. C\u2019est une erreur fr\u00e9quente.<\/p><p>La culture, ce n\u2019est pas un fond d\u2019\u00e9cran\u202f: c\u2019est le <strong>syst\u00e8me nerveux organisationnel<\/strong>. Celui qui amplifie ou qui bloque. Celui qui transforme ou qui sabote.<\/p><p>Vous avez d\u00e9j\u00e0 une culture organisationnelle forte? Inutile de la tordre pour qu\u2019elle \u00ab\u202fentre dans le moule\u202f\u00bb d\u2019une nouvelle orientation. Travaillez avec elle. Int\u00e9grez-la. Utilisez-la comme tremplin.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-1552732 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"1552732\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Sans un ancrage solide dans la culture organisationnelle, toute strat\u00e9gie flotte <\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-db315cb elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"db315cb\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Toute strat\u00e9gie qui ignore\u202fles r\u00e8gles implicites, les leviers de pouvoir invisibles et les comportements valoris\u00e9s cr\u00e9e de la confusion et du d\u00e9sengagement. M\u00eame si elle est g\u00e9niale sur papier.<\/p><p>Car au quotidien, ce ne sont pas les PowerPoint qui fa\u00e7onnent la culture organisationnelle\u202f: ce sont les d\u00e9cisions, les pratiques, les rituels et\u2026 les \u00e9carts qu\u2019on laisse passer.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-07d60e9 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"07d60e9\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">On ne transforme pas une organisation en silos <\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-2b41088 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"2b41088\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Structure et culture.
