En f\u00e9vrier 2023, face \u00e0 un paysage en mutation et \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9mergence de nouveaux d\u00e9fis, la Ville a entrepris, en collaboration avec Humance, un projet d\u2019envergure\u202f: Lors de cet \u00e9v\u00e9nement, le concept cr\u00e9atif de la marque a \u00e9t\u00e9 pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 de m\u00eame qu\u2019une s\u00e9rie de vid\u00e9os mettant en vedette des employ\u00e9s et des employ\u00e9es qui t\u00e9moignent de leur exp\u00e9rience positive \u00e0 Ch\u00e2teauguay. Rappelons que ces personnes demeurent les meilleurs ambassadeurs et ambassadrices d\u2019une marque employeur. Les vid\u00e9os constitueront le c\u0153ur de la campagne sur les r\u00e9seaux sociaux pour l&#8217;ann\u00e9e \u00e0 venir.
