Lorsqu&#8217;on aborde le sujet de la performance organisationnelle, deux termes reviennent invariablement au c\u0153ur des discussions : le climat et la culture.<\/p><p>Un climat de travail sain et une culture organisationnelle engageante donnent envie aux gens d\u2019\u00e9voluer au sein d\u2019une entreprise et de continuer \u00e0 y contribuer. Mais quelle est la diff\u00e9rence entre climat et culture? Afin d\u2019y voir plus clair, examinons ces deux concepts.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-25b3d7c elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"25b3d7c\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><strong style=\"color: inherit; font-family: 'Crimson Text'; font-size: 1.5rem;\">Climat de travail<\/strong><\/p><p>Le climat de travail est la <strong>perception du personnel sur la fa\u00e7on dont il est trait\u00e9 par l\u2019organisation.<\/strong> Un peu comme la m\u00e9t\u00e9o, le climat peut changer rapidement et entra\u00eener des cons\u00e9quences importantes. La perception du personnel repose sur les politiques et les pratiques qui ont cours dans l\u2019organisation, et sur la qualit\u00e9 des relations interpersonnelles, principalement avec les gestionnaires.<\/p><p>Un bon climat de travail influence positivement la sant\u00e9 psychologique des personnes ainsi que leur efficacit\u00e9. \u00c0 l\u2019inverse, si les gens ont l\u2019impression de ne pas \u00eatre bien trait\u00e9s par leur organisation, ils se prot\u00e8gent, de bonne ou de mauvaise fa\u00e7on. Lorsqu\u2019un climat de travail se d\u00e9t\u00e9riore, les inconv\u00e9nients se multiplient : tensions, conflits interpersonnels, griefs et plaintes, baisse de productivit\u00e9, accidents de travail, absent\u00e9isme, taux de roulement \u00e9lev\u00e9, etc.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-ae9fb95 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"ae9fb95\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><span style=\"color: inherit; font-family: 'Crimson Text'; font-size: 1.5rem; font-weight: bold;\">Culture organisationnelle<\/span><\/p><p>La culture organisationnelle est<strong> la \u00ab personnalit\u00e9 \u00bb d\u2019une organisation.<\/strong> Elle est constitu\u00e9e d\u2019\u00e9l\u00e9ments <strong>intangibles<\/strong>, tels que les valeurs et la mission de l\u2019entreprise, la vision et les convictions de ses dirigeants et dirigeantes, le langage utilis\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019interne, les r\u00e9f\u00e9rents communs, les r\u00e8gles implicites, les syst\u00e8mes informels de gestion (r\u00e9compenses\/punitions). Il importe donc que les leaders lui donnent une direction claire et l\u2019entretiennent de fa\u00e7on intentionnelle au fil du temps.\u00a0<\/p><h4>Quand rien ne va plus, sur quel plan intervenir?<\/h4><p>Le climat et la culture s\u2019influencent mutuellement et peuvent \u00eatre difficiles \u00e0 distinguer. Il convient d\u2019abord de poser un diagnostic afin de b\u00e2tir un plan d\u2019action qui traite la cause du probl\u00e8me et non seulement ses sympt\u00f4mes. Apr\u00e8s avoir sond\u00e9 le personnel sur des aspects de l\u2019organisation (satisfaction au travail, communication, leadership, gestion du changement, etc.) et analys\u00e9 les donn\u00e9es, nous outillons notre client\u00e8le \u00e0 mettre en \u0153uvre des changements durables.<\/p><p>Concr\u00e8tement, dans les cas d\u2019un <strong>mauvais climat de travail<\/strong>, nous accompagnons les leaders et les \u00e9quipes \u00e0 r\u00e9viser leurs politiques et leurs pratiques de gestion, \u00e0 d\u00e9velopper leur leadership individuel et collectif, \u00e0 transformer leurs processus, \u00e0 animer des rencontres de travail engageantes et constructives sur des sujets sensibles et \u00e0 cocr\u00e9er une dynamique relationnelle saine et efficace.<\/p><p>S\u2019il s\u2019agit d\u2019une<strong> culture organisationnelle mal adapt\u00e9e ou d\u00e9su\u00e8te<\/strong>, on se doit d\u2019identifier quels aspects ont besoin d\u2019\u00eatre revus en premier pour avoir le plus grand impact dans l\u2019organisation. C\u2019est un travail de fond : la culture d\u2019une entreprise est plus longue \u00e0 changer que son climat de travail.<\/p><h4>Cocr\u00e9ation<\/h4><p>Que ce soit pour am\u00e9liorer le climat de travail ou pour faire progresser la culture d\u2019une organisation, la d\u00e9marche se d\u00e9roule id\u00e9alement avec la participation du personnel afin que le r\u00e9sultat soit inclusif, vivant et repr\u00e9sentatif de chacun et chacune. Ce processus \u00e9volutif peut s\u2019int\u00e9grer au calendrier de l\u2019entreprise pour fournir au personnel plus d\u2019une occasion de se rattacher aux projets, de les bonifier et surtout de leur faire prendre vie au quotidien de mani\u00e8re durable.<\/p><p>Une entreprise qui cr\u00e9e une culture organisationnelle inspirante et qui maintient un bon climat de travail attire et retient les bonnes personnes, contribue \u00e0 leur bien-\u00eatre et, de ce fait, am\u00e9liore ses r\u00e9sultats et concourt \u00e0 sa p\u00e9rennit\u00e9.<\/p><p>Quel est le climat de travail dans votre organisation?
