Montr\u00e9al, le jeudi 24 f\u00e9vrier 2022 \u2014 Avec le retour au bureau, la majorit\u00e9 des organisations revoient leur strat\u00e9gie afin d\u2019offrir une plus grande flexibilit\u00e9 \u00e0 leur personnel. Elles optent pour le mode de travail hybride qui, tr\u00e8s recherch\u00e9 par les employ\u00e9\u00b7e\u00b7s, offre de nombreux avantages. Ce mode pr\u00e9sente aussi des d\u00e9fis organisationnels qui doivent \u00eatre trait\u00e9s pour assurer performance et bonheur au travail.<\/p>

C\u2019est donc dans le but de vous aider \u00e0 maintenir un milieu de travail productif dans un climat sain que Humance vous propose son nouveau parcours de d\u00e9veloppement CONNECT\u00c9, sp\u00e9cialement adapt\u00e9 au contexte de travail hybride. Ce parcours est offert en deux versions distinctes, l\u2019une pour les gestionnaires<\/a>, l\u2019autre pour les employ\u00e9\u00b7e\u00b7s<\/a>.<\/p>

CONNECT\u00c9 permet aux membres d\u2019une organisation de d\u00e9velopper les comp\u00e9tences essentielles au succ\u00e8s du mode hybride. Sp\u00e9cialiste du travail \u00e0 distance et de ses complexit\u00e9s, Humance outille les apprenant\u00b7e\u00b7s pour collaborer sainement en mode hybride, tout en cultivant l\u2019inclusion, l\u2019\u00e9quit\u00e9 et la confiance.<\/p>

\u00c9chelonn\u00e9 sur 5 semaines (pour un total de 5 \u00e0 7 heures) et d\u2019une approche ax\u00e9e sur l\u2019apprentissage mixte (blended learning), CONNECT\u00c9 est constitu\u00e9 d\u2019activit\u00e9s diverses telles que : vid\u00e9os, d\u00e9fis dans l\u2019action, clips audio, \u00e9volution en duos, auto-\u00e9valuations, etc. En fonction de vos besoins, des activit\u00e9s de d\u00e9veloppement compl\u00e9mentaires peuvent \u00eatre combin\u00e9es au parcours afin d\u2019en bonifier l\u2019exp\u00e9rience : activit\u00e9s de lancement, ateliers exp\u00e9rientiels, coaching, en plus encore.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
