N\u00e9anmoins, ce moment approche. Avant m\u00eame que cela se produise, il est temps d\u2019avoir avec vos employ\u00e9s cet important mais difficile <em>dialogue de r\u00e9tention<\/em>.<\/p><p>Cette conversation abordera des points cl\u00e9s qui permettront non seulement de garder vos ressources \u00e0 bord, mais aussi de d\u00e9velopper leur confiance et encourager la responsabilisation au sein de votre \u00e9quipe. Le milieu de travail que les employ\u00e9s ont quitt\u00e9 en mars 2020 ne sera plus le m\u00eame qu\u2019ils retrouveront en 2022 et ils auront leur mot \u00e0 dire sur celui-ci. Le dialogue de r\u00e9tention permettra \u00e0 vos effectifs de s\u2019exprimer.<\/p><p>Lors d\u2019un r\u00e9cent webinaire de Humance, Laura Hambley, Ph.\u00a0D., a abord\u00e9 le th\u00e8me de la gestion en ces temps de <em>Grande d\u00e9mission.<\/em> Elle a offert des conseils pour se frayer un chemin \u00e0 travers la peur et l\u2019incertitude qui teintent le retour au bureau ou l\u2019adoption du travail hybride. L\u2019une des recommandations les plus importantes fut celui de la communication\u00a0: il est crucial de faire preuve d\u2019ouverture, d\u2019honn\u00eatet\u00e9 et d\u2019\u00eatre digne de confiance pendant cette p\u00e9riode. Une bonne communication facilite le retour au bureau\u00a0: \u00a0avec la bonne approche, votre lieu de travail pourrait \u00eatre \u00e9pargn\u00e9 par la <em>Grande d\u00e9mission<\/em>.<\/p><p>La <em>Grande d\u00e9mission<\/em> est le terme de l\u2019heure. Vous avez peut-\u00eatre entendu plusieurs d\u00e9finitions, mais il est essentiellement question des effectifs qui quittent ou changent d\u2019emploi en masse pour diverses raisons, y compris l\u2019inefficacit\u00e9 du leadership et le manque de perspectives de croissance. Le ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne est observ\u00e9 dans tous les domaines d\u2019emplois. Les gens d\u00e9sirent un travail plus \u00ab sain \u00bb et plus \u00e9panouissant. Plusieurs recherchent un mod\u00e8le de travail flexible, mais aussi davantage d\u2019\u00e9quit\u00e9 et d\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9, de m\u00eame qu\u2019une charge de travail convenable.<\/p><p>Prenons, par exemple, le secteur de l\u2019h\u00f4tellerie. La plupart des grands centres s\u2019inqui\u00e8tent du manque de personnes voulant travailler dans les bars et les restaurants. Ils \u00e9voquent une p\u00e9nurie de main-d\u2019\u0153uvre, mais la v\u00e9rit\u00e9 est en fait une p\u00e9nurie de personnes pr\u00eates \u00e0 accepter les m\u00eames conditions de travail, salaires et attentes qu\u2019auparavant. Les bars et les restaurants devront changer leur fa\u00e7on de fonctionner et de r\u00e9mun\u00e9rer leur personnel s\u2019ils esp\u00e8rent survivre \u00e0 la <em>Grande d\u00e9mission<\/em>.<\/p><p>Le monde des affaires ne fait pas exception. Il n\u2019y a pas de v\u00e9ritable p\u00e9nurie de talents, mais plut\u00f4t un mouvement de gens talentueux qui cherchent \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer leur sort et qui s\u2019attendent \u00e0 \u00eatre mieux trait\u00e9s par leur employeur. Il est temps pour les dirigeants d\u2019<strong>\u00e9couter<\/strong> et d\u2019amorcer le dialogue de r\u00e9tention.<\/p><p>Contrairement \u00e0 ce que l\u2019on pourrait croire, le dialogue de r\u00e9tention ne consiste pas \u00e0 demander \u00e0 une personne qui a d\u00e9j\u00e0 la main sur la porte de sortie de revenir sur sa d\u00e9cision en lui offrant des avantages et un meilleur salaire. Il s\u2019agit plut\u00f4t d\u2019avoir chaque ann\u00e9e une conversation r\u00e9fl\u00e9chie afin de comprendre ce qui motive vos troupes et les pousse \u00e0 se pr\u00e9senter au travail tous les jours. Ce ne sont pas non plus des enqu\u00eates ou des questionnaires. Ce sont des conversations significatives et honn\u00eates entre un(e) leader et son employ\u00e9(e) au sujet de son travail et du milieu de travail. Ces conversations se veulent une strat\u00e9gie d\u2019engagement pour mener une personne \u00e0 s\u2019ouvrir et \u00e0 faire part de pr\u00e9cieux commentaires sur son exp\u00e9rience jusqu\u2019\u00e0 pr\u00e9sent. Le dialogue de r\u00e9tention est une excellente fa\u00e7on de commencer \u00e0 r\u00e9tablir la confiance qui s\u2019est amenuis\u00e9e depuis pr\u00e8s de deux ans.<\/p><p>Le dialogue de r\u00e9tention peut vous aider \u00e0 \u00e9viter la <em>Grande d\u00e9mission<\/em>, mais seulement \u00e0 travers une culture de confiance et de respect.
