En revanche, cet investissement fait partie des frais fixes courants lorsque le coaching ou le mentorat sont faits par des employ\u00e9s au cours de leurs t\u00e2ches existantes et certains organismes offre des services de mentorat gratuits.<\/li><\/br>\n \t<li><strong>La confidentialit\u00e9 et la neutralit\u00e9 de l\u2019intervenant<\/strong>. A quel point importe-t-il \u00e0 l\u2019accompagn\u00e9 que sa r\u00e9flexion soit r\u00e9alis\u00e9e dans un contexte neutre, sans partie prix, avec une libert\u00e9 \u00ab\u00a0politique\u00a0\u00bb de pens\u00e9e. Si cela importe quelque peu, un mentor ou un coach externe sera \u00e0 privil\u00e9gier.<\/li><\/br>\n\n \t<li><strong>La perception<\/strong>. Est-ce bien per\u00e7u d\u2019\u00eatre accompagn\u00e9 par un coach ou un mentor? Cela d\u00e9pend des cultures qui d\u2019ailleurs \u00e9voluent. Cela d\u00e9pend aussi des croyances et de la personnalit\u00e9. Il est notamment de mieux en mieux per\u00e7u de demander de l\u2019aide. Cela d\u00e9montre non plus une faiblesse, mais plut\u00f4t une ouverture \u00e0 apprendre et \u00e0 s\u2019adapter. Cette perception influe sur l\u2019ouverture du mentor\u00e9 ou du coach\u00e9 potentiel et m\u00eame, sur son engagement dans la d\u00e9marche.<\/li><\/br>\n\n \t<li><strong>Les effets recherch\u00e9s de l\u2019accompagnement<\/strong>. L\u2019accompagn\u00e9 a-t-il besoin d\u2019un professionnel de l\u2019accompagnement pour \u00e9voluer dans sa capacit\u00e9 plus large et g\u00e9n\u00e9rale r\u00e9flexive ou a-t-il plut\u00f4t besoin de quelqu\u2019un pour s\u2019int\u00e9grer dans un environnement donn\u00e9. Le premier besoin est particuli\u00e8rement bien servi avec un coach professionnel, le second, par un mentor connaissant les us et coutumes.<\/li><\/br>\n\n \t<li><strong>La nature de la relation<\/strong>. Le couple accompagn\u00e9-accompagnant, vise-t-il ou non \u00e0 tisser un lien et apprendre gr\u00e2ce au partage mutuel d\u2019exp\u00e9riences? Si oui, le mentorat est probablement l\u2019alternative \u00e0 consid\u00e9rer. Par ailleurs, selon l\u2019International Coaching Federation (ICF), le coaching vise plut\u00f4t l\u2019autonomisation et compte une fin contractuelle.<\/li><\/br>\n\n \t<li><strong>La chimie accompagnant-accompagn\u00e9<\/strong>. Il est pertinent d\u2019avoir une rencontre de prise de contact qu\u2019il s\u2019agisse d\u2019un coach ou d\u2019un mentor. La relation et la chimie sont des facteurs qui contribuent grandement au succ\u00e8s de l\u2019accompagnement. De plus, cette rencontre permet aux parties de s\u2019assurer qu\u2019elles s\u2019entendent sur une approche plus ou moins directive ou flexible.<\/li><\/br>\n\n \t<li><strong>La formation et l\u2019exp\u00e9rience du coach et du mentor. <\/strong>En effet, certains accompagnants auront une approche plus ou moins directive ou inclusive du partage d\u2019exp\u00e9riences. Il y a lieu de voir ce qui r\u00e9pond le mieux aux attentes et au d\u00e9veloppement de la personne concern\u00e9e selon son contexte. Les ant\u00e9c\u00e9dents professionnels de l\u2019accompagnant influent sur sa capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 comprendre l\u2019environnement de l\u2019accompagn\u00e9. Sa formation de coach professionnel lui apprend \u00e0 \u00eatre davantage dans l\u2019ouverture et \u00e0 mettre la personne coach\u00e9e \u00e0 contribution dans ses interactions.<\/li><\/br>\n \t<li><strong>\u00c9thique et protection du publique<\/strong>. L\u2019appartenance de l\u2019accompagnant \u00e0 une association qui s\u2019est munie d\u2019un code d\u2019\u00e9thique est aussi \u00e0 consid\u00e9rer.
