Les leaders se demandent\u00a0: \u00e0 quoi devrait ressembler mon milieu de travail postpand\u00e9mique? Comment mon leadership a-t-il \u00e9volu\u00e9 apr\u00e8s une p\u00e9riode aussi tumultueuse? Comment est-ce que je devrai exercer mon r\u00f4le de leader dans notre futur milieu de travail?<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-f0401d5 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"f0401d5\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Les organisations se demandent notamment si elles doivent retourner au bureau et adopter la m\u00e9thode de travail pr\u00e9pand\u00e9mique, ou si elles doivent s\u2019efforcer de cr\u00e9er un environnement hybride pour leurs employ\u00e9s. Tout au long de cette s\u00e9rie, nous nous sommes concentr\u00e9s sur ce que nous pr\u00e9voyons \u00eatre les leviers critiques du leadership postpand\u00e9mique. Nous connaissons tous des dirigeants qui ont aim\u00e9 l\u2019exp\u00e9rience de travail \u00e0 distance r\u00e9sultant de la pand\u00e9mie, alors que d\u2019autres l\u2019ont d\u00e9test\u00e9e. Ces diff\u00e9rences s\u2019expliquent par leurs pr\u00e9f\u00e9rences et leurs personnalit\u00e9s et ne refl\u00e8tent pas n\u00e9cessairement le meilleur mode de travail pour les membres de leur \u00e9quipe.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-c8aa02d elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"c8aa02d\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Selon une \u00e9tude r\u00e9cente d\u2019Angus Reid, 39 % des employ\u00e9s canadiens retourneraient au bureau si leur employeur l\u2019exigeait alors que 44 % d\u2019entre eux d\u00e9missionneraient et commenceraient imm\u00e9diatement \u00e0 chercher un nouvel emploi ou retourneraient au bureau en cherchant peut-\u00eatre un nouvel emploi.<a href=\"#Footnote\" name=\"_ftnref1\">[2]<\/a> Ces chiffres d\u00e9montrent \u00e0 quel point les pr\u00e9f\u00e9rences individuelles sont vari\u00e9es, mais cette flexibilit\u00e9 repr\u00e9sente une valeur cl\u00e9 pour plusieurs. Les dirigeants doivent tenir compte de ce large \u00e9ventail de pr\u00e9f\u00e9rences lorsqu\u2019ils organisent leur milieu de travail.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-976d623 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"976d623\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>De plus, selon un sondage de Deloitte r\u00e9alis\u00e9 aupr\u00e8s de 1 000 professionnels am\u00e9ricains, 94 % affirment qu\u2019ils souhaiteraient b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier de flexibilit\u00e9 au travail, dont les principaux avantages sont les bienfaits sur la sant\u00e9 mentale et une meilleure int\u00e9gration travail-vie personnelle.<a href=\"#Footnote\" name=\"_ftnref1\">[3]<\/a><br \/>Malgr\u00e9 tout, beaucoup (80 %) s\u2019entendent toujours pour dire que de travailler au bureau est important pour leur carri\u00e8re. Encore une fois, la cl\u00e9 est de combiner le travail au bureau et \u00e0 distance. Enfin, plus de la moiti\u00e9 des r\u00e9pondants (52 %) croient que les dirigeants et les gestionnaires ont le plus grand impact sur l\u2019avancement de la culture de la flexibilit\u00e9 au sein de
