En mati\u00e8re de d\u00e9veloppement des comp\u00e9tences, nous notons depuis quelques mois une recrudescence marqu\u00e9e pour les processus d\u2019<a href=\"https:\/\/humance.ca\/fr\/evaluation360\/\">\u00c9valuation 360<\/a>. Le fait de ne pas c\u00f4toyer physiquement ses coll\u00e8gues et employ\u00e9s y est peut-\u00eatre pour quelque chose, mais c\u2019est surtout parce que cet outil demeure \u00e9minemment pertinent pour \u00e9valuer l\u2019impact qu\u2019exerce un gestionnaire sur son milieu. Lorsqu\u2019il est administr\u00e9 \u00e0 tous les membres d\u2019une \u00e9quipe, il permet de brosser un portrait des forces et aires de d\u00e9veloppement collectives et de mettre en lumi\u00e8re des pistes de d\u00e9veloppement concr\u00e8tes pour am\u00e9liorer la performance.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-7f60983 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"7f60983\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><strong>Comprendre pour agir<\/strong><\/p><p>Une organisation est un \u00e9cosyst\u00e8me complexe. C\u2019est un outil de gestion qui permet d\u2019\u00e9valuer la situation de l\u2019entreprise \u00e0 propos des composantes de mobilisation, et cons\u00e9quemment de d\u00e9terminer les leviers d\u2019am\u00e9lioration \u00e0 mettre en place.
