Ce parcours de 4\u202fsemaines permet d\u2019en comprendre les principales notions et concepts pour d\u00e9montrer de l\u2019ouverture aux divers points de vue, ainsi que de r\u00e9aliser l\u2019existence des biais inconscients et leurs impacts sur nos d\u00e9cisions et nos comportements. Enfin, pour promouvoir et entretenir des pratiques inclusives au sein de notre soci\u00e9t\u00e9, il est essentiel de saisir les dynamiques d\u2019inclusion, \u00e9l\u00e9ment auquel ce parcours consacre un volet important.\u00a0<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;134233118&quot;:true}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span data-contrast=\"none\">Constitu\u00e9 d\u2019un contenu th\u00e9orique solide et accessible, il fait appel aux t\u00e9moignages de praticiens qui, \u00e0 l\u2019aide d\u2019exemples, rendent la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 de l\u2019EDI plus concr\u00e8te.
