Position summary
Reporting to the Partner in charge of developing the Canadian market outside of Quebec, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing day-to-day support. As such, their main responsibilities will be to manage the partner’s agenda and any incoming requests, collaborate on the management of the Partner’s client projects, provide support in the implementation of action plans and internal initiatives, as well as perform various administrative tasks.
Main responsibilities
- Coordinate the Partner’s agenda, manage incoming emails and requests, and plan various meetings;
- Manage client projects (from kick-off to billing) in collaboration with the coordinators and the consultants involved;
- Regularly follow-up with the Partner and their employees on the progress of their deliverables (both internal and external);
- Support sales and business development, prepare service agreements;
- Invoice the Partner’s client mandates and generate expense allowances;
- Provide support for the implementation of the Partner’s action plan and internal initiatives;
- Support in governance of the team;
- Format presentations, proposals, and other documents;
- Manage material produced by the partner;
- Organize travels and various bookings as required;
- Assist the Toronto office coordinator when required.
Requirements
- Bilingualism: orally and in writing (English and French);
- Proficiency in Excel, Word and Outlook; ability to quickly learn new applications (knowledge of SharePoint, an asset);
- Ability to quickly identify needs;
